Our facility on 408 1st St NW in Mason City, Iowa provides residential services for those with a need for 24-hour access to experienced, focused care. This facility houses up to 15 individuals at a time and allows for a comfortable, home-like feel while maintaining the support needed for those we serve to improve themselves and their ability to regain their self-sufficiency.

Community Feel

Being centrally located in downtown Mason City allows those staying at our Residential Care Facility to be immersed in and feel a part of the greater community with lots of access to stores, restaurants, and community activities within walking distance. The facility itself has multiple common areas where residents are encouraged to socialize and feel comfortable and at home.

Building Skills

Our residents learn to build personal self-sufficiency skills in areas like housework, hygiene, medication management, and socialization. They participate in daily chores around the facility, help prepare meals in the community kitchen, and have on-site nursing staff to assist with medications and minor medical needs.
