NITC's service coordinators all have a Bachelors' degree level education or higher and serve our clients Monday through Friday from 8am-5pm with an on-call availability 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for emergencies. They assist those in our program by providing continued in-home guidance with hygiene, chores, and daily needs, as well as working through each person's individual goals for taking care of themselves, such as providing transportation to appointments or on errands that support their efforts to be self-sufficient. Each Service Coordinator works with their own small group of individuals in our program, allowing them to form personal and invested relationships with each and to better focus on their unique goals. |
